Trista is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas who is passionate about helping individuals and couples create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lamar University and brings a strong background in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of life challenges.
Trista supports clients in reaching their personal and relational goals, whether that means improving communication, working through conflict, managing stress and anxiety, navigating life transitions, or rebuilding trust. She works with both individuals and couples and tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, focusing on both insight and practical tools that can be applied right away.
With nearly 20 years of experience in public education, Trista has supported students and families through a wide range of challenges, including family dynamics, stress, and major life transitions. This background gives her a deep understanding of how individual struggles and relationship stress can impact the entire family system.
Trista understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning to the process. She values the trust her clients place in her and works to create a supportive, down-to-earth environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her goal is to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns that lead to lasting change.
