She believes that you bring your own unique perspectives, worldviews, and experiences that make you who you are, and that treatment should be tailored to you. Rebecca has been trained in various treatment modalities ranging from addressing childhood trauma to tackling daily habit change needs. She has experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use issues, dysfunctional relationship patterns and more.

When Rebecca is not working, she can usually be found at one of her children’s sporting activities. She enjoys spending time at the lake with family, traveling to new places, and playing with her mini goldendoodle, Lola.
