Stephanie Dall, LPC-S

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas and Co-Owner of Know Your Worth Counseling and Wellness. She began her counseling career in 2010. She attended the University of Kansas and earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education in 2006, and then went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wichita State University in 2010. She has a varied professional background, having worked in school settings as well as private practice. Stephanie's education and experience has equipped her with the skillset to help clients with a variety of issues.

Stephanie believes that empathy, rapport and trust sets the foundation for a successful counseling relationship. This safe and accepting environment encourages clients to feel comfortable in sharing their experiences fully, allowing for the deepest level of exploration and reflection to occur. Stephanie supports this process of growth by listening and walking alongside her clients in their journey. She works to instill a sense of hope and strength in each and every client so that they feel empowered and able to overcome whatever challenges they may be facing. Stephanie uses an integrative approach to therapy; pulling from various different techniques and theories of counseling. She understands that everyone is unique and her strategies, approach, and goals are client driven.

When Stephanie is not working with clients, you will probably find her chasing around her little boys - ages 2, 4, and 6! She enjoys time spent with her husband and children, as well as friends and extended family (local and out of state). She is an avid Jazzercizer, loves organizing, watches reality TV when she can, and can't wait to start traveling more as a family as her boys get older!
