Sally Densk, M.Ed., LPC, PMH-C, NCC
Sally Densk is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She is also a National Certified Counselor and has been counseling since 2015. She graduated Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas in 2010. She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling from the University of North Texas in 2015.
Sally specializes in working with women and mothers struggling with anxiety, depression, irritability, OCD, perinatal (pregnancy/postpartum) mood and PMS/PMDD. Her unique approach combines specialized training in perinatal mental health with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by new and expecting parents. Sally walks alongside her clients while providing support and guidance through the many challenges and complexities of postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and the early transitions to parenthood. Sally is committed to creating a supportive, empathetic, collaborative environment, so that you feel safe to explore, reflect, and experiment with different solutions to life challenges. Sally would be honored to help you find healing, balance, and confidence in your parenting journey!
When Sally is not working with clients, she enjoys taking long walks, shopping, and spending time with her husband two young kids. She hopes to travel more with her family in the near future!
