Molly is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas honored to be considered as someone you can trust to walk with you through seasons of life, especially those that are the most vulnerable and challenging. She is passionate about serving others, and will create a safe, truly non-judgmental space to own your story - finding hope, healing, resilience, and freedom. She earned her Master's Degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2015, and she has 19 years of experience working in public education. For the last 10 years, Molly has served as a Certified School Counselor. Her extensive experience is evident in her approach with clients.
Molly compassionately connects with clients to build trust; affirming they are seen, heard, and known. Her cheerful personality and lighthearted spirit will ease clients in sessions as she utilizes an integrative approach to counseling and therapy. Molly draws upon client-right methods and techniques to walk through the most challenging times, identify and overcome the root causes of mental and emotional pain, and heal the overall feelings of weariness from misalignment in life. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness and growth, emphasizing the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. A Registered Yoga Instructor, Molly encourages mindfulness techniques, and she is always excited to assist clients in marrying yoga and therapy in her approach as requested.
Molly serves tweens, teens, emerging adults, and adults navigating the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
Aside from her professional endeavors, Molly never misses a chance for adventure through travel. An avid runner, she is active in her local run club, and she loves being outdoors whether it’s hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or golfing. Molly's spirit is filled with being part of her church community and spending time with friends and family. In her downtime, you’ll find her relaxing on a patio with a good book, tending plants, or strolling through her neighborhood with her English bulldog, Maggie.
