Rachel Walker, LPC
Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who is passionate about helping individuals grow into the best version of themselves. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling at Southern Methodist University in 2014.
Rachel supports clients in achieving their personal goals—whether that means building healthier relationships, navigating major life transitions, addressing addiction, or managing other mental health challenges. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique journey.
She brings a broad range of experience to her practice, having worked in diverse settings including forensic evaluations and treatment within the court system, intervention and prevention services in the education system, child custody evaluations, and parent coaching.
Rachel understands the courage it takes to begin counseling—whether it’s your first time or you’re beginning again with a new therapist. She deeply values the trust her clients place in her and strives to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore, heal, and grow. She believes meaningful change happens when clients are empowered to define what matters most to them and are supported in working toward those goals.
