Natalie Johnson, LPC-S
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I work with individuals 16 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, first responders, and veterans - and it's a role I hold close to my heart. Married for over 22 years to a law enforcement officer and Air Force Veteran, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those who serve. That experience has shaped my passion for walking alongside people who give so much of themselves and often carry their struggles in silence.
In my counseling practice, I use Solution-Focused Therapy - a strength-based approach that encourages clients to envision and move toward a more hopeful, preferred future. Rather than dwelling on the problems, we focus on goals, resilience, and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Faith is the foundation of my life and work. While I meet each client where they are, my Christian beliefs guide the compassion, hope, and purpose I bring into therapy. No matter what brings you here, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, strengthened, and reminded that healing is possible - even in the hardest seasons!
