Sally Densk, M.Ed., NCC, LPC

Sally Densk is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.  She is also a National Certified Counselor and has been counseling since 2015.  She graduated Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas in 2010.  She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling from the University of North Texas in 2015.

Sally believes that we all have the inner strength to become the best version of ourselves.  Her experience includes counseling children of all ages, teenagers, adults, and families. Sally believes that trust, empathy, and authenticity lays the groundwork for a successful counseling relationship. By creating and maintaining a supportive, empathetic, collaborative environment, she is able to help clients feel safe to explore themselves and to experiment with different solutions to life challenges.  Because each child or adult is unique, Sally facilitates different experiences based upon the specific needs of each person. Her approach to counseling places the client in the driver's seat, while walking alongside them throughout their therapeutic journey towards healing and self-discovery. She hopes to empower her clients to begin to feel safe to express feelings, challenge their thought processes, and to realize the power to achieve their greatest potential is within themselves.

When Sally is not working with clients, she enjoys taking long walks, shopping, and spending time with her husband two young kids.  She hopes to travel more with her family in the near future!
