Natalie Johnson, LPC-S

Natalie Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and previous school counselor. She has been in education for 19 years and counseling for 10 years. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. She also attended Texas A&M University where she completed her Bachelor's in Science majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology.

Natalie focuses most on Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This type of therapy focuses on solutions and the preferred future versus the problem. Using this theory Natalie helps her clients realize their inner strengths and goals. She believes every human is innately good and has the ability to find their solutions to life's challenges.

Through her experience in education and counseling she has worked with over 5,000 individuals and families. Using Solution Focused Therapy, she has seen issues included but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, transitioning periods, ADHD, Autism, unhealthy relationships, couple’s counseling, abuse and trauma. The most important attribute that she hopes to bring through her counseling expertise is the feeling of hope for your future. By instilling hope for the future Natalie believes that she can help empower you to overcome personal obstacles to find your place in this world.
