Briana Sampson, LMFT

Briana is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas and California. She earned her Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology from Sonoma State University and her Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling from California State University of Fullerton. She has over 9 years of experience as a therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. With a focus on relationships, pregnancy, and postpartum, she creates a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and validated. She is also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to support clients through trauma and has received Postpartum International Training.

In her work, she is dedicated to helping clients build the resilience and courage needed to thrive, even in the face of life's most challenging moments. Drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities, she helps her clients develop the skills and self-awareness needed to create meaningful and fulfilling lives.

At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to empathy, vulnerability, and authenticity. Briana believes that by leaning into our fears and embracing our imperfections, we can find greater connection, joy, and purpose in our lives. If you're looking for a supportive and compassionate therapist to guide you on your journey towards healing and growth, she would be honored to work with you.

Outside of the office Briana enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, writing and reading, running, playing volleyball, and paddle boarding!
