Annelise Delphous, LPC Associate

Supervised by Amanda Sieg, LPC-S

Annelise Delphous  is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and has been counseling since 2019. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University in 2016 and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Hope International University in 2020.

Her passion and goal is to help individuals and couples grow and find healing and wholeness mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. She strives to create a warm, safe space for everyone to be able to share their lives, to walk alongside her clients and let them know they are not alone. It’s important to her that counseling sessions can provide a place where clients feel a sense of belonging.

Annelise has experience working with both individuals and couples, facing a variety of life struggles including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse, trauma, church hurt, relationships, and care for pastors. Annelise also serves alongside her husband, pastoring tweens and teens, providing a unique experience serving in ministry as a pastor’s wife. She utilizes both Christian based counseling interventions (when requested by clients) as well as clinical interventions such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She has worked with clients of all ages including children, tweens, teens, adults and couples.

When Annelise is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains (camping, hiking, kayaking, etc.), traveling, playing piano, baking, exploring coffee shops, being involved in ministry at her church, and spending time with her husband and golden retriever.
